Hi there!

My Name’s Morgan. I'm an interdisciplinary designer, artist, researcher, and facilitator. My work focuses on building and supporting communities that foster caring relationships, critical learning, and informed social change. My current research practice explores how everyday material culture and designed systems inform and reflect our complex relationships to care through the lens of collections and collecting.

I hold a BDes from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (2021), majoring in Industrial Design with a Social Practice + Community Engagement (SPACE) minor, and was the student speaker for my graduating class. In  2020 I co-founded the Roving Designers, a place-based design collective exploring land-based co-design practices as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I am currently persuing a Masters of Design (MDes) At Emily Carr University of Art + Design, where I also work as a research assistant with Emily Carr’s DESIS Lab, Circular Food Inovation Lab, The Stationery Project, and Leaning Out of Windows

I am always interested in working in new spaces and connecting with new people, so if you are interested in any of my work please do reach out!
